Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamolrat  Intaratat, School of Communication Arts as well as the Research Centre of CCDKM, STOU appointed as the National Consultant among all the 10 ASEAN countries  to lead the Five Years Research Project :

“Enhancing Digital Economy Participation for ASEAN Women MSMEs project” (IDEAS) host by

the Asia Pacific Women’s Network Center of SookmyungWomen’s University (APWINC) funded by ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF) invited to coach in the TOT among all the local trainers of the Research Project in South Korea : 9-11 July, 2023.

รศ.ดร.กมลรัฐ อินทรทัศน์  สาขาวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ และศูนย์วิจัย CCDKM มสธ. ได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นที่ปรึกษาระดับประเทศประจำประเทศไทยร่วมกับกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียนทั้ง 10 ประเทศ เพื่อร่วมเป็นที่ปรึกษางานวิจัย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับการใช้   ICT เพื่อการพัฒนาการเป็นผู้ประกอบการสตรีในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน  :

“โครงการเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของสตรีในภูมิภาคอาเซียน” (IDEAS) โดยมีหน่วยงานหลักคือ  the Asia Pacific Women’s Network Center of Sookmyung Women’s University (APWINC)  เป็นโครงการวิจัยเพื่อการพัฒนาแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนจากกองทุนความร่วมมืออาเซียน-เกาหลี (AKCF) โดยได้รับเชิญให้เป็นที่ปรึกษาในการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ TOT (Training of the Trainers) ให้กับวิทยากรท้องถิ่น / วิทยากรจากพื้นที่จำนวน 200 คนจาก 10 ประเทศในภูมิภาคอาเซียนช่วง 9-11 กรกฎาคม 2023
